1 false pretense
1 improper parking
5 motorist assists
1 other agency assist
1 property damage
3 suspicious activities
2 suspicious people
1 suspicious vehicle
1 trespassing
2 welfare checks

OPD officers made the following arrests:
1 DUI-third and suspended driver’s license
1 fake ID and seat belt violation

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made one arrest for disorderly conduct, investigated one wreck and the following reports:
1 agency assist
1 alarm
2 animal complaint
2 civil matters
1 death
2 disturbances
2 domestic violence
1 fraud
1 harassment
4 service calls
1 suspicious activity
2 suspicious persons

University Police Department served one warrant, investigated four wrecks and the following reports:
4 wreck
1 theft of a bicycle
1 disturbing the peace
1 harassment
1 ambulance assist

Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
12:19 p.m. – Johnson’s Discount Furniture area – transformer arcing – stood by until Oxford Electric arrived
2:39 p.m. – Brittany Store gas pump area – caller stated that someone was in a truck and unresponsive – driver was asleep with his headphones on
2:59 p.m. – State Veterans Home – call canceled
3:12 p.m. – South Oxford Center – working on sprinkler system caused an activation
6:24 p.m. – 312 Murray Street – cooking activated a smoke detector
