Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made two arrests for domestic violence and investigated the following reports:

University Police Department investigated four wrecks and the following reports:
1 attempted suicide
2 ambulance assists
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
9:29 a.m. – Burns Hall – conducting a fire drill
4:54 p.m. – Hermitage Gardens – resident pulled a fire alarm
8:03 p.m. – 124 Falls Grove – cooking activated a smoke detector
9:40 p.m. – 100 U Club Cove Bldg 220-222 Flim Flam Circle – water in several smoke detectors cause activations
10:14 p.m. – Exxon next to Taco Bell had a garbage can on fire – they had the fire out before FD arrived
