4 suspicious people
1 suspicious vehicle
2 vehicle searches
1 welfare check

OPD officers made the following arrest:
1 DUI, careless driving and no insurance
1 DUI and child endangerment by DUI
1 DUI, expired tag and no insurance
1 public drunk
1 public drunk and disorderly conduct

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made one arrest for domestic violence, investigated two wrecks and the following reports:

1 MHP assistance
1 malicious mischief
2 service calls
3 transports
1 informational report
1 road obstruction
2 civil matters

Deputies made the following arrests:
1 contempt warrant
1 domestic violence, aggravated assault

University Police Department investigated three wrecks and the following reports:
1 suspicious person
1 ambulance assist
1 suicide attempt/EMS called

Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
2/6 – 1:17 a.m. – National Guard Armory – fire alarm malfunction
2/6 – 6:05 a.m.- Highway 6 / W. Jackson Ave. – wreck – no injuries
2/6 – 10:09 a.m. & 1:48 p.m. – South Oxford Center – working on the alarm system
2/6 – 10:38 a.m. – Oxford CPR – employees accidentally activated the fire alarm system
2/6 – 3:52 p.m. – Solo Apartments – elevator smoke detector malfunction
2/6 – 4:11 p.m. – West Jackson Avenue in the McDonalds area – wreck with injuries
2/6 – 7:45 p.m. – Krystal – employee thought the water heater was smoking – no smoke, just the carbonation system letting off steam
2/7 – 3:53 a.m. – Vaught Hemingway Stadium East Side Rebel Club – south locker room duct detector malfunction
