OPD officers made the following arrests:
1 DUI and careless driving
1 possession of drug paraphernalia
1 possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt
2 for shoplifting
1 suspended driver’s license and no seat belt
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made no arrests, investigated two wrecks and the following reports:

University Police Department made no arrests, assisted with two traffic details and conducted one vehicle stop,
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
12:07 p.m. – Memory Maker – medical call – taking vitals and EMS arrived
7:41 p.m. – 3501 South Lamar – chest pains – monitored vitals until EMS arrived
11:26 p.m. – South Residential College – burned food activated a smoke detector
4:17 a.m. (Dec. 13) – 1080 Augusta Drive – called advised their CO detector was chirping – took reading from gas monitor and found nothing
