OPD officers made the following arrests:
1 bond violation and giving false identifying information
2 domestic violence with simple assault
1 DUI

Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department made one arrest for disturbance of family and investigated five wrecks and the following reports:

1 animal complaint
2 disturbances
1 grand theft
1 petty theft
1 harassment
1 information report
1 follow-up
1 reckless driving complaints

University Police Department officers made no arrests, investigated two wrecks and the following reports:
1 harassing phone calls
1 harassing emails
1 simple assault
1 vandalism
1 possession of drug paraphernalia

UPD officers made the following arrests:
1 possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding
1 possession of drug paraphernalia

Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
10:21 a.m.- Brevard Hall – basement smoke detector malfunction
13:55 p.m. – The Arbors – using a new popcorn machine activated a smoke detector
12:47 a.m. (Wednesday) – CR 1106 Apt. 13 – car fire
1:39 a.m. (Wednesday) – Hwy. 6 West – wreck with injury call – EMS on scene upon arrival
