The Ole Miss women’s basketball team returns to the hardwood Friday night as they play host to the IUPUI Jaguars. Tipoff is at 7 p.m. inside the Pavilion and will be broadcast on the SEC Network +.

Ole Miss (1-0) is coming off a 60-42 victory over Norfolk State Tuesday night to open the Coach Yo era. Squad newcomers and freshmen scored 55 of the team’s 60 points. The Rebels banked most of the points from Crystal Allen (16), Jhileiya Dunlap (12) and Shannon Dozier (11).

Dunlap, a forward, recorded her first double-double for the red and blue in the season opener.

The Rebels defense held Norfolk State to a 25.6 shooting clip in the game, which is the lowest since allowing 25 percent to Temple on Nov. 25, 2017.

IUPUI rolls into town with a 1-0 record out of the Horizon League. The Jaguars defeated Purdue Calumet 101-40 in their season opener.

IUPUI is led on the floor this season by Katelyn O’Reilly who scored 22 points in the first game of the season. Five of her teammates joined in the action scoring double figures against Purdue Calumet.

When the game tips off it will be the first-ever meeting between the two schools.

Fans can watch all of the action on the SEC Network + or listen to the call on the Ole Miss Radio Network.
