University Police Department made one arrest for vagrancy, investigated one wreck and the following reports:

1 malicious mischief
1 suspicious person
1 suspicious vehicle

UPD officers made the following arrests:
1 DUI other, possession of alcohol by person under 21 and possession of drug paraphernalia

Oxford Fire Department firefighters responded at 8:55 a.m. to 143 Private Road 3049 after someone turned on the heat for the first time and smelled smoke.
