Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department made no arrests and investigated the following reports:

1 petty theft

3 welfare concerns

16 civil process served
University Police Department investigated six wrecks and the following reports:
3 ambulance
1 Possession of alcohol by person under 21
1 simple assault
1 credit card fraud
UPD officers made the following arrest:
1 possession of drug paraphernalia
1 simple assault and disorderly conduct
Oxford Fire Department reports were unavailable Tuesday,
9:02 a.m. – 520 South Lamar – workers sanding activated a smoke detector
11:45 a.m. – 108 Sivly – smoke detector malfunction
12:26 p.m. – Marathon Station 1455 South Lamar – wreck with motorcycle – EMS already on scene
1:59 p.m. – Faser Hall – smoke detector malfunction
3:14 p.m.- Gillom Sports Center – playing volleyball and the ball hit a pull station fire alarm
8:23 p.m. – North Residential College – cleaning in the kitchen activated a smoke detector
