Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department made no arrests, investigated one wreck and the following reports:

University Police Department made one arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia and investigated the following reports:

Oxford Fire Department reports were unavailable Tuesday,
9:14 a.m. – Ridge North Dorm – fire pump motor burned up maintenance on scene
4:13 p.m. – 1103 Jackson Ave. area – wreck with 1 injury
6:28 p.m. – Tri Delta House room 22 – shower steam activated the smoke detector
7 p.m. – 801 Frontage Road – blown transformer caught the grass on fire
9:29 p.m.- Beta Theta Pi house room 17 – smoking an E-cig. activated the smoke detector
11:02 a.m. – Hwy. 6 & 7 – wreck with 1 injury
3:51 a.m. – 800 Park (College Hill Road) – elevator door was stuck open activating the alarm system
