1 DUI and driving the wrong way on a one-way road

2 possessions of drug paraphernalia
1 public drunk
1 public drunk and fake ID
1 warrant served and possession of drug paraphernalia
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department investigated one wreck and the following reports:
1 alarm
3 disturbances
1 domestic violence
1 juvenile complaint
1 malicious mischief
3 service calls
2 suspicious activities
2 welfare concerns
1 scam
3 transports
1 trespassing
1 follow up
1 unauthorized use of a vehicle
1 reckless driving

Deputies made the following arrests:
1 possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle
1 domestic violence, simple assault
1 accessory after the fact
University Police Department investigated one wreck and the following reports:
1 fight
1 possession of drug paraphernalia
1 computer hacking
1 EMS due to an intoxicated person
UPD officers investigated one wreck and the following reports:
1 DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia
1 possession of drug paraphernalia
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
10/3 – 3:30 a.m. – Anderson Grove C1 – lift assist with EMS
10/3 – 1:13 p.m. – 520 North Lamar 2nd floor – workers were sawing and the dust activated a smoke detector
10/4 – 1:32 a.m. – 1767 East Jackson Ave. – caller advised her oven was smoking – someone had turned the oven to “clean.”
