3 possessions of drug paraphernalia

9/01 – 11:47 – Library – chest pains
9/01 – 13:41 – 1416 Van Buren No. 4 – no audible alarm present
9/01 – 15:14 – Highway 6 – small grass fire
9/01 – 17:08 – East Jackson Ave. – tree limb broke and is on the power line

9/03 – 11:26 – 603 Tyler Ave. – workers activated the laundry room smoke detector
9/03 – 12:11 – 1012 Molly Barr – chest pains
9/03 – 12:30 – ATO house room 11 – fan blowing duct into smoke detector
9/03 – 18:37 – Thompson House No. 304 – cooking activated the smoke detector
9/03 – 18:47 – 1755 No. 1 East Jackson – call canceled
9/03 – 20:36 – Chili’s – subject fell exiting the restaurant
