Mississippi Today—a news and information corporation—presents talk show hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, from the Morning Joe show on MSNBC, in a dynamic conversation at the Gertrude C. Ford Center Friday, Sept. 14, at 5 p.m.
The co-hosts will be joined by Jon Meacham, a Pulitzer Prize winner and No. 1 New York Times bestselling author.
Scarborough, a University of Alabama alumnus, is known for his bestseller “The Last Best Hope” and “Rome Wasn’t Burnt in a Day.”
Brzezinski is a New York Times bestselling author, as well, for her books “Knowing Your Worth” and “All Things at Once.” Prior to joining forces with Scarborough for their MSNBC show, Brzezinski was an anchor for the CBS Evening News Weekend Edition. In addition to the evening news, she worked as a correspondent who contributed to the CBS Sunday Morning and 60 Minutes.
Scarborough and Brzezinski were both inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame along with both being named top power players in the media by Vanity Fair.
Tickets for the special panel can be purchased through the University of Mississippi Box Office.

Will not waste my money to see these perpetuators of deceit and dishonesty. They are part of what is wrong in this country. Spreaders of lies and innuendo.
