Lafayette Man Arrested After Attacking Deputies

A Lafayette County man was arrested Thursday after he tried to attack deputies who were at his house after responding to a domestic disturbance call.
According to reports, deputies were called out to County Road 420 where they were confronted by Thomas Rico, 36, became combative when deputies were talking to a female and attacked the deputies; however, no deputies were injured in the struggle.
Rico was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer. He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he is awaiting a first appearance and bond hearing.

Hey guys. I actually have a bunch of photos from that night (including the original booking photo) and it’s obvious how much photoshopping you’ve done. Given the personal nature of such things I’m sure any reasonable person can see how this is borderline slanderous behavior on your behalf but I’ll be contacting a lawyer just in case. It’s low enough to be plastering a half truth of a story to begin with (that I’m free and clear of) but another to completely fabricate wounds. I’d really appreciate it if this was removed.
