Oxford Police Department investigated two wrecks, issued 11 tickets and investigated the following reports:

Officers made arrests on the following charges:
1 public drunk
1 warrant served, no driver’s license and no insurance
2 possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent, no driver’s license and no insurance
1 possession of drugs, no tag and tint violation
Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department investigated one wreck and the following reports:

1 animal complaint
1 residential burglary (CR 256)
1 domestic violence
1 petty theft
2 juvenile complaints
1 service call
2 welfare checks
1 scam
1 transport
1 trespassing
3 informational reports
1 fraud
2 civil matters

Deputies made arrests on the following charges:
1 domestic violence, simple assault and burglary
2 contempt warrants
University Police Department conducted 10 traffic stops where they issued seven citations for speeding and two for running a stop sign.
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
At 8:25 a.m. to the Haven House but canceled en route
At 12:03 to Goodwill for a duct detector alarm in the a/c unit
