Deputies made arrests on the following charges:
1 no driver’s license, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia
1 no driver’s license and no proof of insurance
University Police Department conducted four traffic stops and the following reports:

Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
At 8:26 a.m. Saturday at 411 St. Remy Blvd. For a report of a person asleep in the driveway
At 1:11 p.m. Saturday at Hermitage Gardens for a lift assist
At 1:37 p.m. Saturday to Highway 6 and South Lamar for a mattress on fire
At 1:59 p.m. Saturday to Highway 6 and South Lamar for a wreck where no extrication was necessary
At 7:34 p.m. Saturday to 1309 Pelican Loop for a person stuck on a scissor lift
At 1:28 p.m. Sunday to Rooster’s after someone cleaning the fryers activated a smoke detector
At 3:10 p.m. Sunday to Highway 9 West of CR 451 for a wreck
