Fourth DUI Leads to Felony Arrest by OPD
A Washington man was arrested Saturday after being arrested for his fourth DUI charge.
According to reports, officers with the Oxford Police Department were conducting a driver’s license checkpoint at about 11:23 a.m. on Molly Barr Road when they made contact with Brian Hanks, 42, of Kingpoint, Washington.

Officers conducted a DUI investigation on Hanks. During the investigation, they learned Hanks had at least three prior DUI convictions.
He was arrested and charged with DUI-fourth offense and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $10,000 bond.
