Homes and businesses in the area of B&B Concrete on University Avenue will be without water Monday while Oxford Public Works crews conduct repairs on a water line.
The affected area will run down University Avenue to Brittany Woods down to Cannon Road.
The work is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Monday. Water will remain turned off until the repairs are complete. Once the water is restored, customers may experience brown water or air in the water lines.
Residents should turn on an outside faucet or the cold water in the bathtub and allow the water to run for a few minutes until the water clears.
