Staying cool while looking good this summer is priority number one for most ladies of Oxford. HottyToddy.com’s Steve Vassallo dropped by the Luxe Styling Studio on University last week to visit with owner Robin Melton.
Vassallo: Robin, with all the hairstyles out there, how would rank the leading three of these going into the summer?
