Lafayette Students Named to Prestigious Honor Society at UM

Phi Kappa Phi is the nation’s oldest, largest and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines.
Collier is a junior exercise science and pre-physical therapy major who, after graduation in December 2018, plans to attend graduate school in hopes of earning her doctorate in physical therapy. Collier is a Graeber Scholarship recipient, a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society and Alpha Lambda Delta. She is the daughter of John and Sharon Collier of Oxford.
Towery is a graduate student in integrated marketing communication who, after graduation in May, will attend the University of Alabama to pursue a doctorate in communication and information science. Towery has been named to the Chancellor’s List, is a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Service Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society, and the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement. He is the son of Bobby and Lisa Towery.
