Under Blackburn’s leadership, the companies have been honored by the Austin Business Journal and Mississippi Business Journal as Best Places to Work. In addition, Guild Quality recognized it with its highest honor, the Guildmaster Award, after the company received over 90 percent homeowner customer satisfaction in its residential communities.
