ADPi Hosts 'Sweets and Treats' Philanthropy Event

Alpha Delta Pi is hosting its ‘Sweets and Treats’ philanthropy event in an effort to raise money for The Ronald McDonald House Charities this Thursday.
“The Ronald McDonald House Charities provides living facilities for families who have a child who is ill or facing a serious medical crisis,” Public Relations chair Kaylee Crafton said.
The event will offer a variety of sweets from businesses around Oxford which will include cookies from Insomnia Cookies, apple pies from McDonald’s and cupcakes from The Cakery. The Sno Biz truck will also be parked outside the sorority house offering snow cones.
“The members of the chapter will also be providing a variety of sweets for the event along with a cotton candy machine,” Crafton said.
Tickets for the ‘Sweets and Treats’ event are $5 apiece, and the event will be from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
