Oxford police responded to the following calls: Two abusive calls to emergency services, four alarms, two careless driving, counterfeit currency, embezzlement, two disturbing the peace, domestic disturbance, two k-9 search, larceny, two motor assists, recovered property, four suspicious activity, two suspicious person, welfare concern.
Oxford police investigated  one accidents, 12 tickets and made the following arrests:

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Four accidents, alarm, animal complaint, two petit larceny, nine service calls, six suspicious activities, welfare concern, scam, civil matter.
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made one arrests

Oxford Fire Department:
17:49 – The Chancellor House & Spa – laundry room steam activated a smoke detector
University Police Department responded to the following incidents:Two vehicle stops
