Oxford police responded to the following calls: 115 alarms, ambulance assist, animal complaint, seven careless driving, civil matter, counterfeit, currency, defrauding innkeeper, 18 disturbing the peace, three domestic disturbance, false pretense, grand larceny, K-9 search, lost property, two malicious mischief, four motorist assist, two noise violation, open door check, other agency assist, seven parking, three petit larceny, two property damage, scam, simple assault, 11 suspicious activity, five suspicious persons, three suspicious vehicle, theft from motor vehicle, trespass, two welfare concern.
Oxford police investigated 28 accidents, 62 tickets and made the following arrests:

Possession of Schedule 2 Drug, Failure to Yield Right of Way, Careless Driving, No Liability Insurance, K-9 Search
DUI 1st, Speeding, No Liability Insurance, No Driver’s License

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Seven accidents, two simple assault, eight alarms, two animal complaints, auto burglary, eight disturbances, grand larceny, two petit larceny, harassment, juvenile complaint, three malicious mischief, 10 service calls five suspicious activities, five welfare concerns, three trespassing, four information, unauthorized use of vehicle, two traffic complaints, three reckless driving, three road obstructions, four civil matters, disturbing the peace.
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made no arrests
Oxford Fire Department:
3/2 – 08:25 – Village Walk 3rd-floor patio – smoke detector malfunction
3/2 – 13:19 – The Beacon – female possible stroke – monitored vitals until EMS arrived
3/3 – 18:56 – Alpha Pi house – stuck on the elevator – took the elevator out of service
3/4 – 09:08 – New Baptist Hospital – call canceled
University Police Department responded to the following incidents:24 vehicle stops, speeding, improperly parked vehicle, intoxicated person, disturbance, suspicious person, suspicious vehicle.
