Oxford police responded to the following calls: Three alarms, two ambulance assist, two careless driving, three disturbing the peace, two harassing phone calls, improper parking, malicious mischief, petit larceny, scam, two suspicious activity, suspicious person, two suspicious vehicle, two welfare concerns.
Oxford police investigated six accident, 49 tickets and made the following arrests:
DUI 1st, One headlight, Possession of Paraphernalia
DUI 2nd, Expired Driver’s License, No Insurance, Possession of Schedule 2 Drug
Possession of Paraphernalia, Ran Stop Sign
Possession of Paraphernalia, speeding, No Insurance
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Accident, alarm, animal complaint, disturbance, petit larceny, harassment, five service calls, four suspicious activities trespassing, information, two follow up, civil matter.
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made no arrests
Oxford Fire Department:
18:41 – 98 CR 122 (Rosenbauer Plywood) – call cancelled
02:13 & 05:13 – Winchester – sprinkler system activation then working on sprinkler system
University Police Department responded to the following incidents:
Public drunk, vehicle stop, assist with traffic, possession of paraphernalia, ambulance needed, harassment, hit and run, motor vehicle accident.
