Hundreds of Ole Miss Students Sign Up as Sugar Babies

Published

on

Talk about daddy issues—hundreds of Ole Miss students are playing “sugar baby” roles to older men and women to pay off their student loan debt, according to the website, SeekingArrangement.com.
In a press release, the company reports that 247 UM students have registered to find “sugar daddies” and “sugar mommies” on the site, which typically pairs older, more affluent men and women with younger ones.
The relationships are described as “mutually beneficial,” with “sugar babies” defined as “attractive people looking for the finer things in life. They appreciate exotic trips and gifts. Sugar Babies get to experience a luxurious lifestyle and meet wealthy people on a regular basis.”
According to SeekingArrangement.com, the site has seen a 53 percent increase in the number of Ole Miss students who sign up to be sugar babies. Ole Miss ranks 43rd on the site’s list of the top 100 universities.
Meanwhile, the site rates Mississippi State as one of the “Fastest Growing Sugar Baby Schools” at No. 74.
The company adds, “There is a 56 percent increase in student sign-ups from last year, with MSU among the 5 of 8 Mississippi schools increasing tuition by 5 percent or more next year, and college students receiving about $3,000 monthly from their benefactors.”
Ole Miss and State aren’t the only SEC schools represented on the list. As usual, the Crimson Tide has every other conference school beat—Alabama ranks No. 4 on the list, with 698 sugar babies using the site.
Arizona State tops the list with a whopping 1,361 sugar babies. Check out the Top 20 list here.
“This year marks a ten-year high for Sugar Baby students, with over 3 million registered students currently seeking financial aid on SeekingArrangement.com,” the site says.
Most of the site’s “sugar babies” are women, totaling more than 2.2 million compared to 466,510 males. And, not surprisingly, the other end of the spectrum is dominated by older men, with 484,695 sugar daddies and just 42,913 sugar mommies on the site.

When I forwarded this to Vitter’s Facebook page this morning and asked his thoughts, he just marked it as spam and did not want to answer. Typical from this fool who has taken the University further down the toilet.
