Coyote Blues Bar: Where Happy Hour Lasts Seven Hours
Happy hour just got a little bit happier – and a whole lot longer than an hour – thanks to the crew at Coyote Blues Fresh Mexican Grille, located in the Galleria II Shopping Center at 1202 Merchants Drive.
The bar at Coyote Blues features an extra-spacious counter highlighting 16 comfortable “velvet” chairs. In addition, the bar boasts two large-screen TVs to complement the other 10 in the restaurant, and they always showcase the best in college and pro sports, the management says.
In addition to being able to order a full meal while sitting at the bar, customers can enjoy happy hour from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. daily. This 420-minute happy “hour” is time enough to watch two NFL football contests plus a college hoops game as an added bonus.
Coyote Blues offers $3 Margaritas, and the bar crew freshly squeezes lemons and limes daily, rather than going with the premade mixes. Their two Margarita machines add yet another dimension.
Each Saturday and Sunday during the seven-hour marathon happy hour, Coyote Blues offers Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s at $3, too. And if the consumer prefers wine, top-quality wines can be ordered by either the glass or bottle.
The restaurant’s hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10:30 p.m. on Saturdays, and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Sundays.
