Today marks the first official early signing period for the 2018 NCAA football season. Signing day has traditionally been held in early February, but this is the first year the NCAA is allowing recruits to sign with the school of their choice.
The reason for the early period is just that; If a student-athlete is already sure of where they’d like to attend college and play football, why not let them sign two a half months early?
The Ole Miss Football program signed 15 recruits this morning. Here’s what the signees had to say on Twitter after officially being announced as Rebels.
