Fall 2018 Pre-K Registration for Oxford School District Opens January 15

Oxford School District will open pre-kindergarten registration for the 2018-2019 school year online on Monday, Jan. 15, 2018.

To complete a child’s pre-K registration, parents must register their child online and turn in required registration document to school officials before the Jan. 19 deadline.
“Both online registration and dropping off required registration documents are necessary in order for a child’s registration to be considered complete,” said OSD Student Registration Director SuzAnne Liddell.
Parents will drop off their child’s documents in one spot, the OSD Student Registration Office, located at 409 Washington Ave. in Oxford. School officials will accept documents from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each registration drop-off day, Jan. 16-19.
Parents are encouraged to make sure their child’s required documents are correct and up-to-date before dropping them off with school officials.
“That’s one reason we encourage parents to put the ball in motion now to gather their child’s pre-K registration documents before the drop-off dates roll around,” Liddell said. “Required documents include a birth certificate, MS 121 immunization form marked complete for school entry, the three required proof-of-residency documents, and proof-of-income documentation required by Headstart through our blended partnership. All of these requirements are listed on our website.”
If parents need access to computers to complete their child’s online registration, OSD offers assistance at no cost. Families can visit the district’s Student Registration Office, where computers and technology support are offered weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Bramlett Elementary School’s (BES) Pre-K Program student registration opens Monday, Jan. 15, at 8 a.m. through the Oxford School District’s website, www.oxfordsd.org/preK. Parents will have the opportunity to fill out their child’s online registration through Friday, Jan. 19, when the online Pre-K registration closes at 4 p.m. Registration documents will be accepted Jan. 16-19 at the OSD Student Registration Office.
