Oxford police responded to the following calls: Two 911 hang ups, two alarms, two animal complaints, careless driving, two civil matters, disturbing the peace, domestic disturbance, harassing phone call, motorist assist, noise violation-vehicle, residential burglary, scam, two shoplifting, suspicious activity, suspicious person, suspicious vehicle, vendor-no-permit, five welfare concern.
Oxford police investigated five accident, 20 tickets and made the following arrest:

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Two accidents, three alarms, animal complaint, three disturbances, three harassment, juvenile complaint, nine service calls, four suspicious activity/persons, scam, four transports, trespassing, two follow up, fraud, reckless driving, natural cause of day.
