Oxford police responded to the following calls: Three ambulance assist, animal complaint, careless driving, credit card fraud, six disturbing the peace, harassment, two K9 search, lost property, motorist assist, noise violations, scam, two simple assault, two suspicious vehicle, three theft from motor vehicle, trespassing, three welfare concerns.
Oxford police investigated 10 accidents, 21 tickets and made the following arrest:

2 Possession of Schedule 2 Drug
Public Drunk
Shoplifting
Warrant Served, Open Container, Possession of Paraphernalia
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Accidents, three alarms, animal complaint, six disturbances, domestic violence, juvenile complaint, four service calls, suspicious activities, two welfare concerns, transport, follow up, fraud, reckless driving, two civil matters, robbery.

Child support warrant
Oxford Fire Department:
08:33 – Hume Hall – alarm panel showed multiple “trouble” alarms
14:19 – South Residential College – accidental discharge of pizza hood fire suppression system
18:03 – 54 CR 215 – wreck – rescue was canceled
University Police: Vehicle stop suspicious vehicle assist with traffic, simple assault, ambulance needed, bicycles, accident property damage, serving a warrant.
