To ensure that everyone has a fun and safe time celebrating we will have an increased presence in and around the downtown Square area.
The Double Decker buses will run from the Square to campus and back, before the game, throughout the duration of the game, and two hours after the game ends, starting at noon. Fans can pay to park at FNC Park on Old Sardis Road or Oxford High School and will be transported to campus by shuttle. Shuttles will start at noon from both FNC Park and Oxford High School. ADA shuttles will be available starting at 7 a.m., please see the Ole Miss traffic map for pick up locations. The Jackson Avenue Center lot shuttles will begin at 6 a.m. City shuttle locations will close in the first quarter and the lots will be barricaded off, no entry will be allowed. Be aware of posted no parking zones, and if you are unsure call the department to verify. Vehicles will be towed from designated no parking areas at the owners’ expense.
City taxi pick-up and drop-off will be located at the intersection of Old Taylor Rd. and University Ave. Uber pick up and drop off is located at the JAC lot, with the JAC shuttle then transporting to campus. No other locations on the city streets are for pick-up or drop-off. If traffic is disrupted a ticket will be cited. There will be no Safe Ride on the university campus Saturday night.
Backpacks and track bags are not allowed on shuttles or in the stadium. Ole Miss has implemented the clear bag policy this year. Oxford Police want to remind everyone to put valuables in the trunk and lock your cars.
After the Game: be cautious of police officers directing traffic in the road at the intersection of Jackson Ave. and Highway 278. Hathorn Rd will not be able to exit at Chucky Mullins; you must go to West Jackson Ave. Old Taylor Rd traffic will have to take Belk Blvd to South Lamar.
Please be patient as we trust the police officers to direct traffic for optimum traffic flow. Fixed routes will continue until traffic is flowing freely.
