Traditions by U Club Townhomes: Discover a New Tradition
U Club Townhomes is bringing a new tradition to the student housing scene in Oxford. On Tuesday, Oct. 10, the U Club Townhomes leasing office celebrated their grand opening and began leasing spaces for the 2018-2019 school year.
HottyToddy.com’s social media intern Savannah Woods was lucky enough to get a sneak peek into the model home and learn about all of the amenities that the new townhomes will feature.
The new townhomes will open in fall of 2018 and will have fully furnished units with hardwood-style flooring, leather-style sectional sofa, fully equipped kitchens with quartz stone countertops and stainless steel appliances.
“Students should live at U Club Townhomes because the homes have beautiful finishes, come fully furnished and give that ‘at home’ comfort feeling,” Woods said, following her tour of the model home. “With so many places around Oxford for students to live, U Club Townhomes is nothing less than perfect, and they will be in close proximity to campus, which will make commuting to campus easy and effortless.”
The complex will also have a 2,500 square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool, hot tub, 244-inch jumbotron poolside, Greek meeting space, academic success center and much more.
“Every amenity at U Club Townhomes helps to make the place picturesque,” Woods said. “With a fully equipped gym, two dog parks, hot tub, the makers of this student living facility did not miss a thing. They have upped the game for student living facilities with the outstanding amenities they offer.”
The new townhomes will also offer a new style of room that student-living off campus does not normally have. Each townhome will have two private rooms with their own bathrooms and a third room that could either be a shared bedroom or a single bedroom with an attached living or study space.
“U Club offers a very unique student living space that I have not seen anywhere else in Oxford,” Woods said. “There is a new type of floor plan offering a conjoined room option for students who want to share a double room together and make the rent even more affordable. If you have a sister, brother or best friend you want to live with and continue to have that ‘dorm style’ room, this is a great option.”

U Club Townhomes has created a space that will encourage students to break out of the stereotypes of student living and discover a new tradition with more amenities than any other housing complex in Oxford and with a unique type of room.

“New tradition”….. one of the more trite marketing oxymorons.
In the photo of the kitchen, the door swing of the refrigerator is backward.
