Lancome Makeup Artist Ricardo Costales Offers $35 Makeovers Next Week

Makeup artist Ricardo Costales and a team of specialists will provide makeovers and consultation for just $35 at Belk next week.

Lancôme makeup artist Ricardo Costales will bring his team of 16 makeup professionals to Belk next week and provide individual makeovers for just $35.
Lancôme created National Makeup Day, which takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, October 12, at Belk’s department store in Oxford.
The makeup professionals will offer hands-on makeup instruction, help each woman choose the best skin options and begin the makeover. Costales himself personally guides the participants in finding the perfect eye, cheek and lip look. Each step of the process is written down so that the women can recreate their distinct new looks anytime.
The makeover costs $35, which can be applied toward the purchase of any Lancôme product purchased after the session. Only 40 spots are available for the one-day event. Call 662-281-1378 (ext. 268) to set up a time.
“We had about 25 people actually come and sit in the chairs last year, which was a huge success,” said Belk Sales Team Manager Micah Misita. “We hope to reach at least 35 this year, and we are close to that goal, so they should book the appointments as soon as possible.”
The 2016 event was “a lot of fun,” said Lancôme counter manager Taylor Burton. “It was such a fast-paced, upbeat atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. Everyone loved Ricardo and the knowledge he shared. He loves to take pictures with his clients after he is finished, which was fun to see. It was a very rewarding experience for everyone involved!”
