Domestic Disturbance, Fake ID's And More In Today's Crime Report

Oxford police responded to the following calls: Four alarms, animal complaint, credit card fraud, two disturbing the peace, domestic disturbance, two fire department assist, improper parking, malicious mischief, motorist assist, petit larceny, simple assault, two suspicious activities, welfare concern.
Oxford police investigated nine accidents,13 tickets and made the following arrest:
No driver’s license, color of lighting device
Possession of paraphernalia, No headlights
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Two accidents, simple alarm, animal complaint, disturbance, petit larceny, four service calls, suspicious activity, two follow up, traffic complaint, fraud, reckless driving, civil matter.
Lafayette Sheriff’s department made no arrests
Oxford Fire Department:
11:11 – Kappa Alpha Theta – shower steam activated a 1st floor hallway smoke detector
13:29 – Canterbury Crest apt. 113 – cooking activated a smoke detector
14:34 – Oxford Elementary – water leaking into a smoke detector caused it to activate
14:36 – Hwy. 6 and South Lamar – car fire 
15:01 – Hefley Hall – room 417 smoke detector malfunction
15:49 – New Baptist Hospital – call cancelled
18:38 – Campus Creek Bldg. 3 – water flow alarm malfunction
19:09 – 313 Ridgewood Manor Drive – resident cooking activated a smoke detector
20:32 – 900 Hill Drive (on Campus) – workers broke a smoke detector
22:05 – CB Webb Bldg. 964 Apt. 2 – hard wired smoke detector fell off the wall and started beeping
03:05 – ATO house – 2nd floor hall smoke detector malfunction
University Police: Vehicle stop, harassment, larceny, suspicious vehicle, disturbing the peace, accident property damage, assist with traffic, suspicious person, fake ID, intoxicated person.
