Coach Matt Mott Impressed With Team's Effort Early On

The Ole Miss Rebels soccer team has opened the 2017 season with a record of 3-0-1. The Rebels are coming off of a draw in last Friday night’s match against Michigan and blanking Lamar 3-0 on Sunday.
On Monday, head coach Matt Mott addressed the media on how his club has performed so far this season.

“We’re off to a good start, 3-0-1, couple good games in the opening weekend where we scored eight goals in both matches and then this past Friday took on No. 23 Michigan at home,” Mott said. “It was a really good game, good crowd, good atmosphere, just a great college soccer game that is an NCAA level game,”
This weekend, Ole Miss welcomes High Point onto the pitch on Friday and Southern Mississippi on Sunday.
