OPD, FBI & Others Arrest 13 In Connection With Alleged Prostitution Ring
On Thursday, August 24 and Friday, August 25, 2017 the Oxford Police Department along with the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office, FBI (Oxford Field Office), Homeland Security Investigations Division, Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics and Metro Narcotics conducted an operation to identify and stop prostitution within the city limits of Oxford, MS.
During this operation, our agencies were able to arrest one person for Prostitution and twelve people for Procuring Prostitution.
“We appreciate the help and support from our local, state and federal agencies in an effort to proactively work towards reducing crime for our citizens,” said Joey East, Chief of Police.
All charges are misdemeanor crimes, each person was arrested and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center.
All lists and reports on Oxford Crime Report were provided by law personnel to HottyToddy.com as part of the public record. All persons depicted are innocent until convicted by a court of law.

Why dont you print the names of those arrested ? since they were arrested and charged you can print their names. All other cities in mississippi print everyones name and many post their photos too. who are you protecting?

The twelve people arrested for procuring are likely wealthy and/or connected. Perhaps a politician or two, a publisher, a clergy, a well-known merchant.
I can’t imagine any names will ever be published in Hotty Toddy or the Eagle.
