Abandon Vehicle, Identity Theft And More In Today's Crime Report
Oxford police responded to the following calls: Abandon vehicle, three alarms, ambulance assist, three disturbing the peace, identity theft, three improper parking, motorist assist, three noise violations, five suspicious activity, three suspicious person, suspicious vehicle, two theft from a motor vehicle, five welfare concerns.
Oxford police investigated seven accidents, 30 tickets and made the following arrest:

DUI 1st, Ran red light
3 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession of Fake ID
Possession of Paraphernalia, Suspended driver’s license—implied consent
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Accident, animal complaint, two disturbances, two service calls, welfare concerns, two transports, two trespassing, three information, two fraud, two reckless driving, road obstruction.
Lafayette Sheriff’s department made seven arrests
petit larceny
DHS pickup order
indictment
bench warrant
contempt
two alias capias
University Police: Three suspicious persons, motor vehicle damage, six vehicle stops.
