SEC Country Report: Ole Miss To Play Louisville In 2021 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game

According to a report from FBSchedules.com, Ole Miss and Louisville will kick off the 2021 season in Atlanta.
The Rebels and Cardinals have never met on the Gridiron before, but will reportedly start the 2021 season with the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. A date has not been set, but will either be August 28 or September 4 or 5, per the report.
Ole Miss will be the home team, per the report. The Rebels have played in the kickoff game once before, defeating the Boise State Broncos 35-13 in 2013.
This season, Alabama and Florida State will face off in one of two Chick-fil-A Kickoff Games on Saturday, Sept. 2. Tennessee and Georgia Tech will also play in the game on Monday, Sept. 4.
