Summertime Feelings Of A College Student As Told By "Friends"
The sweet season of summer, oh how we have missed you. For some lucky college students summer is filled with vacations, pool parties and shopping sprees. While for others, summer is a time to work, land an internship or go to summer school and prepare for the future. Either way, most college students can agree that summer stirs up many feelings and here are just a few of them:
Excitement

As a college student, the excitement of summer from childhood never truly leaves. So once May approaches and your finals are over, the true excitement for summer break sets in.
Panic

We have all been like Rachel at some point in our lives. Panic quickly sets in for most college students (except those of you laying out by the pool) when they realize that they have to “go get one of those job things” this summer and they haven’t even started the application process yet. Responsibility and adulthood is now upon them for the summer and it is frightening.
Sadness

Every college student has their moment of sadness when it is summertime and all of their friends go home and separate for two months. They are slightly in denial that they are being left alone and resemble Ross. The separation withdrawals are real.

Relief

After long days in the office, summer school or a strenuous work week, every college student needs their relaxation. It is safe to say we can all agree with Chandler’s method of coping… nothing says “stress relief” like wine and a nice hot bubble bath.
