Oxford police responded to the following calls: Five alarms, four suspicious activities, counterfeit currency, code violation, two 911 hang-up, credit card fraud, fire department assist, reported DUI, two suspicious vehicles, harassing phone call.
Oxford police investigated six wrecks, issued 48 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Speeding, Expired Tag and DUI
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents:  two accidents, two alarms, three animal complaints, three disturbances, two petit larceny, juvenile complaint, three service calls, two sexual assaults, suspicious activity, transport.
