Ole Miss Signee Tae-Kion Reed Released From His NLI By Rebels Following Arrest
UPDATE:* Tae-Kion Reed has been released from his NLI by the Ole Miss football program, according to Kyle Campbell, Associate Athletic Director of Communications.
Spring practice for Ole Miss football began yesterday, and as the team looked to turn the focus to on-field preparations for the 2017 season, another headline comes from off the field.
Tae-Kion Reed, a DL from the 2017 recruiting class, was arrested and charged with burglary in Lowndes County on Tuesday. According to WCBI, Reed is being accused of breaking into a home to steal “a variety” of firearms. No other details have been released at this time.
Reed went viral on National Signing Day when signing with the Rebels, as he tossed another hat aside.
Ole Miss has not yet commented on the matter, but HottyToddy.com will update this story as more information becomes available.
