Oxford police responded to the following calls: three motorist assist, three ambulance assist, six suspicious person, eight welfare concern, ten disturbing the peace, two reported DUI, four 911 hang-up, other agency assist, reported a recovered property, burglary of a residence (2400 Block of Anderson Rd), three petit larceny, two malicious mischief, six improper parking, three domestic (disturbances), burglary of a residence (Robins Circle), nine suspicious activity, nine alarms, six civil matters, two fire department, assist, two reports of lost property, littering, two shoplifting, two code violations, joyriding, suspicious vehicle.
Oxford police investigated 15 wrecks, issued 70 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:

Disturbing the Peace
Seatbelt Violation, Suspended Driving License, Warrant Served, Child Endangerment and DUI

Public Drunk and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Ran Stop Sign and DUI
Wrong Way on a One Way Street and Minor in Possession of Alcohol
Disregard for Traffic Control Device, Possession of Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle and DUI
Careless Driving and DUI
Careless Driving, Failure to Yield Emergency Vehicle, No Proof of Liability Insurance and DUI
2 Public Drunk

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: four accidents, five alarms, five animal complaints, eight disturbances, domestic violence, petit larceny, juvenile mischief, two malicious mischief, 18 service calls, seven suspicious activities, two welfare concerns, scam, four civil matters, seven traffic complaints, four traffic check points.
