Morgan Freeman Visits For The Rebels' Winning Weekend

The Ole Miss Rebels had a winning weekend for the mens baseball and basketball teams. The eighth ranked Ole Miss baseball team had a sweep playing the University of North Carolina Wilmington at Swayze Field in their three-game series over this weekend. Men’s basketball also earned a victory playing the Missouri Tigers on Saturday, February 25 with a close final score of 77-80. 

The weekend started on Friday, February 24 when the Ole Miss baseball team began their home opener at 4:00 p.m. See the photos below of Swayze Field packed full of Rebel fans cheering on.

On Saturday the Ole Miss men’s basketball team played the Missouri Tigers in an exciting, close final score of 77-80.

By Sunday, Ole Miss baseball and basketball had a combined three wins, with the last game to go for baseball. Swayze Field had great attendance by fans excited to see the Rebs finish out their weekend victories!
