Oxford police responded to the following calls: Two reported DUI drivers, two noise violations, three alarms, two disturbances, two illegally parked cars, four animal complaints, three suspicious activities, three welfare concerns, house burglary—-South 16th Street, harassing phone calls, ambulance assist, auto burglary—-Molly Barr Road, malicious mischief.
Oxford police investigated eight wrecks, issued 34 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
Public Intoxication
Trespassing
Ran Red Light, No Insurance & DUI
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Careless Driving & DUI
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents:  accident, alarm, animal complaint, two disturbances, domestic violence, harassment, two service calls, three suspicious activity/persons, four welfare concerns, three transports, civil matter.
