Oxford police responded to the following calls: Nine alarms, five suspicious activities, harassing phone call, improper parking, ambulance assist, three welfare concerns, recovered property, three scams, 911 hang-up, suspicious person, trespassing.
Oxford police investigated Six wrecks, issued 43 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
2 Public Drunk
Speeding, One head light and DUI
2 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Warrant Served
Speeding, Careless Driving, Expired Tag, Failure to Yield Blue Lights and Careless Driving
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents:  two alarms, animal complaint, residential burglary(Hwy 310), petit larceny, harassment, three service calls, suspicious activity, three welfare concern, two transports, court detail, follow up.

Water dripping into a smoke detector at the Chi Omega House.
Small fire under the hood of a jeep and extinguished the fire at 3617 Lyles Drive.
Somebody pulled a fire alarm as a prank at Molly Barr Ridge Bldg. 5.
General fire alarm malfunction at the Phi Kappa Alpha house.
University Police: possession of drugs, service call, 11 vehicle stops, two cases of fraud, minor in possession, traffic detail.
