Michael Cabe, Steinway & Sons Spirio operating trainer, demonstrated the high-tech piano, which enables audiences to hear performances captured by amazing pianists seamlessly and effortlessly. This new technology and engineering allows the piano to showcase musical pieces that are indistinguishable from a live performance.
“Steinway & Sons wanted to make a piano for people that appreciate high-quality music, but that may not necessarily play the instrument and for people that appreciate the performance of a Steinway and Sons,” Cabe said.

The music plays from an app that has a list of musicians to choose from. In the click of a button, guests can listen to Mozart or Beethoven. The app is updated regularly with new songs.
This Steinway & Sons piano costs $88,000. Only a couple hundred people across the nation own this type of luxurious piano, and now Chancellor’s House has become home to its very own.
