Oxford police responded to the following calls: Five alarms, two welfare concern, two disturbances, two illegally parked cars five suspicious activities, two reported DUI drivers, two petit larcenies, simple assault, civil matter 911 hang up.
Oxford police investigated five wrecks, issued 38 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
2 Public Intoxications
One Headlight, Careless Driving & DUI
Simple Assault
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: two accident, alarm, petit larceny, harassment, six service calls, suspicious activity, two welfare concerns, trespassing, follow up road obstruction.

uttering forgery
Oxford Fire Department
Someone discharged a fire extinguisher as a prank at the Sigma Pi House 4th floor.
University Police
Officers made five vehicle stops.
Three service calls for a suspicious person.
Possession of alcohol at Stockard.
