Blake Tartt, owner and president of NRP-Oxford, predicts the City of Oxford will soon experience a total transformation.
As new developments arrive in Oxford, Tartt said, “Now, what you’re having is, almost, a 24-hour city, where these retailers are going to be open seven days a week, and Oxford’s going to become a much more regional location.”
