Fudge Etcetera, Wallace Heggie, Meridian, MS
“My mother made Divinity until she was 89 years of age. Ms. Ruby was known for her delicious candy: a soft rich confection made of sugar, milk, and butter. As a gift from my late father in 1985, Mother gave me the needed equipment to be able to make larger quantities of candy fudge made with sugar, milk, and butter. Today after 30 years, our small fudge company has prospered into one where we continue to serve customers.

Fudge Etcetera is dedicated to making a wide array of creamy smooth fudge. We began our business in 1986, manufacturing five flavors of fudge. Today our family business produces 32 tasty flavors of fudge for our growing market. In addition to our online market, we sell our fudge at numerous craft fairs, festivals and retail stores.  Additional confectionary equipment has been added to our facility to keep pace with the needs of our customers.

We look forward to having you taste our fudge. One taste of our fudge—you will see why our fudge is known as the Fudge Lovers’ Fudge.”- Wallace Heggie

MeMaw’s Cheese Straws, Yazoo City, MS
MeMaw’s Cheese Straws began in a very small way in 2008. Family and friends that had tasted the crispy, crunchy little delicacy that MeMaw had prepared for many showers, wedding receptions, and parties knew that hers were the best. With encouragement, the business began sales during the Christmas holidays that year, and they haven’t looked back since that time. The name “MeMaw’s Cheese Straws” was an answer to prayer, and God immediately put them to work and opened doors and windows to introducing everyone to what MeMaw had always prepared as an act of love. They lost their mother, grandmother, and friend in 2010; however, MeMaw lives on every day in this business. They are prepared in small batches with that zesty little kick at the end—just the way MeMaw made them. They are addictive so we know if you’ll try just one bite—you’ll be hooked forever.
