Official Trailer Released for Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love
Following the success of last year’s “Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors” film on NBC, a sequel titled “Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love” will be released on November 30.
The first film was the highest rated broadcast movie in the last six years with over 15 million viewers on its initial airing along with numerous re-airings throughout the holiday season. The first film told the story of Parton’s childhood living in the Smoky Mountains, while the second will be centered around the story of a Christmas that helped shape her upbringing. Oxford’s own Sam Haskell produced the film, and as a friend of Dolly’s for over 30 years, was the right man for the job. Haskell’s daughter Mary Lane, who plays Dolly’s childhood teacher, went on the Today Show on Monday to discuss the film and give fans their first look at the trailer for the anticipated film.
